The All India Majilis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) or MIM party has released its manifesto for GHMC Elections 2016 here has promised in its GHMC election manifesto.

HYDERABAD is one of the sixth largest metropolitan city in India after Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai and banglore. GREATER HYDERABAD MUNICIPAL CORPORATION (GHMC) is the third biggest municipal corporation after Greater Mumbai and Banglore.

Declaring AIMIM party manifesto on friday its mentioned that property tax and trade license fees would not be hiked in the city of hyderabad for the next five years if AIMIM is in power and it will take care of it.

The AIMIM party manifesto has also stated that it will seek “immediate action on waiver of arrears” for the electricity consumption charges of domestic consumers up to 100 units in GHMC area limits.

Adding to that in its MIM party manifesto released here on Friday, theAIMIM party said that it would seek the implementation of the scheme for waiving of property tax arrears with an annual rentable value up to Rs. 4,100 and a reduction of tax to Rs. 101 per annum for these property owners in GHMC area limits.

in AIMIM Party manifesto its also mentioned it has plans to included to pursue the completion of the Metro Rail project in Hyderabad as well as improving the public transport system in hyderabad.

Allocation of water from Krishna, Godavari for people in hyderabad

As water is the main problem it happens in hyderabad or ghmc area limits Keeping the current water crisis looming over the city in mind, AIMIM’s manifesto has also said that the party will seek an ‘exclusive allocation’ of 40 TMC of water from the Krishna and Godavari rivers for the GHMC area to meet the future needs of consumers.

Further, the AIMIM party promised that it would seek further relaxation of the rules and norms for building permissions, rationalisation of building permit fees, building development charges, betterment charges and external betterment charges, among other things in hyderabad
